Minimum Requirements

Our Hiring Standards are as Follows:

  • You must have the legal right to work in the United States.
  • You must have a high degree of integrity.
  • You must be of good moral character.
  • If required, you must successfully pass a stringent physical examination.
  • You must be emotionally and mentally stable.
  • You must not be a chronic user of alcoholic beverages.
  • You must have no addiction to habit-forming drugs, (i.e., narcotics or barbiturates).
  • You must have no convictions for felonies or any crime involving moral turpitude, or illegally using or possessing a dangerous weapon.
  • You must have no record of discharge from previous employment because of misconduct.
  • You must not have a juvenile record of the sort that is disqualifying.
  • You must have a desire to learn, progress, and develop in an administrative capacity.
  • You must be a high school graduate.
  • You must have a good credit rating in the community.
  • You must successfully pass a test administered by the Behavioral Research Services, Inc.

In addition to those standards listed above, we ask that each individual be at least 18 years of age, posses a valid Arizona drivers license, have reliable transportation of their own, and a phone with message capability.
